Real Organic. Fresh. Local.

Wild Coyote Farm is a Certified Organic small family farm in beautiful Southwest Michigan, dedicated to organic, regenerative, and sustainable growing practices to produce delicious and nutritious produce and eggs. No synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, GMOs, or anything harmful to any part of the precious land and environment we steward. We grow everything in soil (no hydroponics) and focus on soil health to grow the most nutritious produce. The animals we raise (chickens and sheep) rotate as part of our soil health plan, are pastured and humanely cared for.
It’s a win win for all - the environment, the farmers, and you, the eater!

What We Grow

High quality, hand harvested, fresh and nutrient dense organic produce! We grow hundreds of varieties of vegetables, greens, herbs, melons, berries, flowers, along with organic pastured chicken eggs, chicken, grass-fed beef and lamb. Everything fresh from our farm to your doorstep!

Meet Your Farmers

We are the Meulemans family - first generation young farmers, passionate about what we do! We started farming full-time in 2018 and have been growing every year more goods for our community. Paul - after years of school and work in business and construction, followed his love for regenerative agriculture and working with his hands and started farming. Shelli- after working as a registered dietitian in healthcare systems and health coach in corporate wellness, went full time on the farm after the birth of their first daughter in 2018. Farming is what we do. We started the farm with all the cash we could scrounge, determination, grit, dreams, and lots of sweat and long hours. We are blessed and happy to be your farmers. We pour our resources and hearts into our farm to do our part to improve the earth and the health of all of our customers.

Goals of How We Farm

  • Cover crops rotated with harvested crops at least every season, goal of every three years.
  • Promote biodiversity- every field we farm has woods and natural water sources nearby that we protect.
  • Increase soil health and nutrient availability. You are what your food eats.
  • Build soil organic matter.
  • Decrease off-farm inputs.
  • Carbon sequestration.
  • Continue to increase efficiency while maintaining quality to produce competitively priced organic food.
  • Integrate animals on pasture and rotated for fertilizing and mutual benefit of the land.
  • No chemical usage.
  • With nature, not against.
