About The Parents
The mothers are onsite as they are part of our family :). They are very healthy, and up to date on all vaccinations and vet exams; we consult with our vet prior to each breeding to make sure we are doing what is in the best interest of our dogs' health and wellbeing. They are indoor dogs, have a large fenced area to play in, we take them hiking regularly, give them lots of love, and feed them high quality food.
Miss Kona (retired dam)-- an AKC registered standard poodle. She loves people, is always happy, easy going, and well-mannered. She is black with white markings on her back feet, chest, and chin and has brown eyes. She weighs 50 pounds and is 7 years old. Her fifth and final litter was in spring of 2019.
Miss Zyla (retired dam) -- an AKC registered standard poodle. She is very social, loves to give kisses, and will cuddle as long as you will let her. She is fantastic with kids! She is apricot and has brown eyes. She weighs 50 pounds and is 6 years old. She has offspring that are trained as therapy dogs. Her sixth and final litter was spring of 2022.
Miss Maple — an AKC registered standard poodle, daughter of Zyla and Lincoln, is 5 years old. She has very soft curly red hair with white markings and weighs 55 pounds. Maple is playful, and loves attention, cuddles, easy-going, and everyone she meets. She is genetic tested clear through Embark.
Miss Coco - a CKC registered F1 labradoodle, daughter of Zyla and Mack, is 3 years old. She has gorgeous chocolate loose curly hair and weighs 55 pounds (though she standards a couple of inches shorter than our standard poodles). She is friendly, loves everyone, and loves to cuddle. She is genetic tested clear through Embark.
Miss Diliah - an AKC registered standard poodle, daughter of Zyla and Petey. She has very soft dark red hair, white markings, weighs 35 pounds. She is moyen size. She’s friendly, social and cuddly. She will be genetic tested and ready for her first moyen poodle litter winter of 23/24.

The F1 puppy labradoodle sire is Hank - a purebred Labrador retriever. He is AKC and CKC registered. He is a handsome fox red stud and has a personality to match. He is stocky 80 lbs. He comes from phenomenal bloodlines, his sire is imported from Spain. He is Embark health tested clear and his OFA tests are excellent & normal (hips, elbows, eyes, advanced cardiac). He lives in East Jordan, MI with a family that breeds labs.
The poodle puppy sire is Petey - a purebred moyen standard poodle. He is AKC registered, Embark health tested, and OFA elbows and hips. He weighs 33 lbs and stands 19” tall (moyen is the size between miniature and standard). He’s intelligent, smart and sweet, and quiet; he plays endlessly with his dog mates but is very calm with his family and visitors. He lives in New Era, MI on a farm with a family that breeds dogs.
The F1 goldendoodle puppy sire is Rudy - an AKC American Golden Retriever that comes from a great health tested, hunting bloodlines and is OFA elbow tested. Field style. He has a sweet personality, is calm, with a smooth dark rich red coat with a nice blocky head, and is 70 pounds. He lives with a family that breeds goldens in Rogers, MI.
The F1b labradoodle puppy sire is Sarge -- an AKC registered Standard Poodle. He comes from champion lines, and is a calm, sweet, loving, boy. He is in training to be a tracking dog to find hunters lost deer, and is excelling through his training. He weighs 60 lbs and stands 24” and is a deep dark brown phantom, that also carries for Parti. He is health tested through Paw Print genetics, and has his hips tested through Penhip with a score of .35 which is well above average for the breed! He lives in Ravenna, MI with his family, at Homestead Standard Poodles.

The retired standard poodle sire is Lincoln -- a 6-year old standard AKC registered poodle. He is red with white markings on his head, all four paws, neck and all the way down his chest. His is a proven healthy stud that has had genetic testing -- rated by the OFA "good" for his hips, "normal" elbows, "normal" heart, "normal" eyes and is clear for vWD disease. He weighs 45 pounds. He lives in Richland, MI.

The retired F1b puppy labradoodle sire is Flagger -- a F1 labradoodle (first generation; 50% labrador retriever, 50% standard poodle), CKC registered. He is apricot cream with non-shedding curly hair and brown eyes. He weighs about 60 pounds and is 8 years old. Flagger has been siring labradoodle, goldendoodle and doubledoodle litters for years and is a proven, healthy, stud. He resides in Middleville, MI with a great family. He is very friendly, social, and gentle.

The retired original sire is Nacho -- a F1 labradoodle (first generation; 50% labrador retriever, 50% standard poodle), CKC registered. He is extremely smart, expressive, very loyal, cuddly, and athletic. He is apricot cream in color and has gorgeous, rare, ghost (hazel) eyes. He weighs 75 pounds. Unfortunately on August 12, 2017, Nacho had a short seizure, which seemed to be triggered by the high stress day he was experiencing with the females' scents that excite him (Zyla was in heat and Kona about to give birth). We consulted with our vet: he is still in great health, and all of his blood work and urinalysis are totally normal. We also contacted his breeder and she is not aware of any history of seizures or anything of the like with any of his siblings, parents, or lineage. Kona's family also has no known occurrences of seizures. In effort to continue to be very cautious and responsible in our breeding, we sadly decided to no longer use Nacho as a stud. We do not want to alarm or worry you, but rather seek to be completely honest and transparent in our endeavors. We always ask that our puppy families notify us if your future pup ever experiences any health issues. Responsible breeding can only occur if both the breeder and the offsprings' owners communicate with each other. Many breeders would not say anything, however, we want to continue to do what's optimal for our dogs and their offspring. Nacho is doing great and enjoying life at 8 years old!

The retired F1 puppy labradoodle sire is Mack — a purebred labrador retriever. He is AKC, CKC, and UKC registered. He is chocolate and 75 pounds but short in height and well built. He is a sweet, mellow boy that loves to play fetch. He has an outstanding pedigree with many champions. He is OFA and health tested clear for CNM, DM, EIC, HNPK, HUU, PKD, prcd-PRA, and Cystinuria. He lives in East Jordan, MI with a family that breeds labs.
